Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 7-12 days, depending on your location and local customs processing. These are estimated delivery windows, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen once a package is in the hands of the carrier or customs.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, your country may apply customs fees, import duties, or taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
